Rebornly Website Terms of Service (rebornlyapp.com)
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you visit rebornlyapp.com (the "website"), sign up for the Rebornly beta there, or use the beta forum there. The website is run by Therese Fors, sole trader, trading as Rebornly ("Rebornly", "we", "us"). Contact: support@rebornlyapp.com.
By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
Point of contact (EU Digital Services Act, Articles 11 and 12): authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, and members and anyone else using the website, reach us at support@rebornlyapp.com. We communicate in English and Swedish.
2. What the website is
Rebornly is an app in development for reborn collectors, artists and sculptors. The website tells you about Rebornly, lets you sign up to be considered for the beta, and hosts a closed forum for people invited to the beta.
3. Signing up for the beta
- You must be 18 or older to sign up.
- The information you give must be your own and correct. Do not sign up anyone else.
- Signing up is free and does not create a Rebornly account.
- Signing up does not guarantee a place in the beta. We choose who is invited, when, and how many, and we may end the beta at any time.
- If you are invited, using the app will be governed by the app's own terms, which you will be asked to accept then.
- You can ask us to remove your sign-up at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
3a. The beta forum
- The forum at rebornlyapp.com/forum/ is for people we invite, and only while the beta runs. You must be 18 or older. A forum account is not a Rebornly app account.
- You follow the forum rules shown when you join and at rebornlyapp.com/forum/#/rules.
- What you write stays yours. You let Rebornly show it in the forum for as long as the forum exists.
- You can report a post with the Report button, saying whether it breaks the forum rules or is illegal. A report of illegal content must explain why you believe the post is illegal and include your name (not needed if it concerns child sexual abuse material) and your statement that you make it in good faith. Your email address is the one you signed in with. You see your report as received at once, and later our decision and how to have it looked at again, under My reports. Anyone, member or not, can notify us of illegal content by email to support@rebornlyapp.com, including where the content is, why it is illegal, their name and email address (not needed for a notice about child sexual abuse material), and a statement of good faith, as described at rebornlyapp.com/forum/#/notice; we confirm receipt and tell them our decision by email. People, not automated means, handle every report.
- If you share ideas or feedback, Rebornly may use them to develop Rebornly without owing you anything.
- Moderators may hide posts or suspend accounts that break the rules or the law. The member concerned is told, in the forum: what was restricted and for how long (until a moderator lifts it); the ground, meaning the forum rule or the law it rests on; the facts; whether it followed a report, a notice by email or our own review; and that no automated means were used. If you disagree, write to support@rebornlyapp.com and a person will look at it again. You can also take the matter to a court. Hiding the opening post of a thread hides the whole thread, replies included; members who replied are told and still see their own replies under My posts. Moderators may also pin or lock a thread. To keep the forum usable, it limits how often each member can post and report: ten posts in ten minutes, five new threads an hour and twenty reports a day.
- You can delete your own posts at any time, also while your account is suspended, when you can still see your reports and your posts (My reports and My posts). You can ask us to delete your forum account (see our Privacy Policy).
- When the beta ends, the forum becomes read-only for 30 days and is then deleted. We may also close it earlier.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- send false, automated or bulk sign-ups;
- write anything unlawful, abusive or infringing in the message;
- post anything in the beta forum that breaks its rules or the law;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
- copy or scrape the website's content by automated means.
We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Rebornly name, logo and the content of the website belong to Rebornly or its licensors. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not copy or use the name, logo or content for other purposes without our permission. What members write in the beta forum belongs to them (section 3a).
6. No warranty
The website is provided as it is. Information about the app describes a product in development and may change. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Rebornly does not set analytics or marketing cookies; signing in to the beta forum keeps your sign-in session in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is always published on the website with its date. If a change matters for members of the beta forum, we tell them in the forum before it takes effect.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are decided by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live. As a consumer you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se.
